Digital plan submittal

Digital Plan Review enables plan submittal and staff review/approval to all occur electronically and ensuring enhanced collaboration, resulting in plans being finalized as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Plans or plats that have been through the review process and received comments must be corrected and re-submitted. Plans or plats should not be submitted by the client for the next review cycle until all corrections have been made. This allows the plans to go to the next step in either the permitting process, plan approval process or Recorded Map process. Caution should be exercised if the plan changes have impact on reviews that have already been approved in a prior review cycle. Most digital submittals must be submitted as PDF files.

Request for inspection

This form allows you to request a site inspection for the following items:

  • Initial sediment and erosion control inspections clearing and grubbing
  • Open trench drainage inspection
  • Preliminary drainage inspection
  • Final inspection
  • SW CO inspection
  • Warranty inspection
